Do I need a referral to book an appointment?


A referral is NOT needed to book an appointment. However, if you are claiming your treatment
through your benefit plan, please consult your provider on whether they require a referral in
order to cover your treatment costs.

 

How do I pay for my appointment? Do you have direct billing?


Payment can be made with cash, debit, mastercard or visa following each appointment. If you
have a benefit plan with any of the companies shown below, direct billing can be arranged.
Please bring your benefit card to your initial assessment and we will collect the information
necessary to bill online. Our services are generally covered by extended healthcare benefits, motor
vehicle insurance coverage and WSIB claims.

 

How long will my appointment be?


Your initial assessment will be approximately 45-60 minutes. The physiotherapist will go over
your history and discuss your current condition in order to assess your form of treatment moving
forward. Treatment will also be provided during your initial assessment. Your follow-up visits
will be anywhere from 30-45mins depending on the treatment you require.

 

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?


If you have any health records, for example results from xrays, ultrasounds, or MRIs, that are
related to your injury, copies of the written results are always helpful. Dress in comfortable
clothing that allows the physiotherapist to treat the affected area.
